Lionel LIO38A O Water Tower #38 (Leaks). The Tower is in okay condition. There's discoloration on the grey base, turning the grey into green. The roof is completely loose with no thumbnuts to keep it in place and where the roof connects with the orange tank, there are broken-off parts and cracks.
